2. Credit Purchases

2.1 General Policy

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once the transaction is complete. This is because credits provide immediate access to our AI-powered analysis services.

2.2 Exceptions for Credit Refunds

We may issue refunds for credit purchases in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: If you were charged for credits but they were not added to your account due to a system error
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • Unauthorized Charges: If your payment method was used without your authorization (subject to verification)
  • Service Failure: If our service was unavailable and you were unable to use purchased credits within a reasonable timeframe

2.3 No Refunds for Used Credits

Credits that have been used to generate analysis reports are not eligible for refunds, regardless of your satisfaction with the results. We recommend reviewing our sample reports before making a purchase.

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period
  • No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months
  • Unused credits from your subscription do not expire when you cancel

3.2 First-Time Subscription Guarantee

For first-time subscribers to our monthly plans, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund
  • This guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment
  • You must have used the service in good faith (not exhausted all credits immediately)
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your initial subscription payment

3.3 Annual Subscriptions

If we offer annual subscription plans in the future:

  • A 30-day satisfaction guarantee will apply
  • Refunds will be pro-rated based on the number of months remaining
  • Specific terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@advisorhub.ai with:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction date and amount
  • Payment method used (last 4 digits of card)
  • Detailed reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • We will provide evidence of service delivery to your financial institution
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
  • You may be liable for chargeback fees and legal costs if the dispute is found in our favor

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any issues amicably.

6. Business and Enterprise Accounts

Business, whitelabel, and enterprise accounts may be subject to different refund terms as specified in their commercial agreements. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for details.

7. Failed Reports and Service Issues

If you experience technical issues with report generation:

  • Failed Reports: If a report fails to generate due to a system error, the credits will be automatically refunded to your account
  • Incomplete Analysis: If a report generates but is missing significant sections due to our error, contact us for a credit refund
  • Data Processing Errors: If our system misreads your credit report data, we will reprocess at no charge
  • Extended Downtime: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, affected users may receive credit compensation

8. State-Specific Rights

Some states provide additional consumer protection rights:

  • California residents have specific cancellation and refund rights under California law
  • Other states may provide statutory cooling-off periods or refund requirements
  • This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable state or federal law
